Covered Grills hold in smoke and heat. Covers also keep rain and snow out of firebox to prolong life of grill. Model 999-26 provides 320 square inches of cooking area.

Single level cooking grate is hinged to tip up for easy access to fire grate. Fire grate keeps coals off bottom of firebox. This provides better draft control and prolongs life of grill. The fire grate also tips up for easy ash clean out through side door.

Four adjustable draft vents control fire and cooking rate. Full contact rear edge between bottom and cover provides draft control when lid is open.

Each grill includes one Model S2 bolt-on utility shelf.

The stainless steel grill is designed for areas where the natural environment is expecially corrosive to steel. Warming Basket

The warming basket hangs inside the cover on either the 999-EC-26 or the 999-EC-40 grills.

The warming basket option can be used to take food off the cooking grate, but keeps it under cover and warm. It will rotate to stay level as the lid is opened and closed.

Model 999-ECB-26 warming basket fits on grill 999-EC-26.

Swivel Shelf

Swivel Shelf Option for Models 999-EC-26, 999-20-B2 and 999-24-B2 fits on the grill's base post so it can rotate 360 degrees independently of the firebox.

The Model 999-S6 swivel shelf is an option on all EC-26 covered grills, 20-B2, and 24-B2 multi level grills using the standard base. A three point set collar holds the swivel arm in place on the post.
